Panasonic exhibition stands, Berlin/Cologne
Achieving the extraordinary with elegance
In September 2016, we produced exhibition stands for Panasonic spanning over 8,000 m² for the Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA) in Berlin and Photokina in Cologne.
Alongside project management, data handling and production, PPS. also coordinated transport, delivery and assembly on location. At peak times, an installation team of up to 14 people and a stand-by courier could be seen busily working around the clock on the exhibition premises. A cutting plotter ensured customer wishes could be easily incorporated into the plans and immediately implemented.
Thanks to the great commitment of the project and quality management staff, the error rate could be reduced to under 0.1%. Visual attractions such as 3D acrylic letters and gold and silver foils, lambda lighting as well as latex prints resulted in a simple, high-quality elegance.
Altogether, the 1,200 running metres of foil, comprising thousands of intricate individual pieces, would even have been enough to cover the Eiffel Tower in Paris four times.
